Fred Warner created 7Q® Plan as a human centric planning method from frustration with product strategies, stage gated processes, PMO and governance oversight that are overcomplicated, bureaucratic and resulted in lack of investment and value creation for shareholders.
Passionate about advanced engineering topics, sustainable engineering, Fred enjoys helping future tech oriented companies achieve their goals.

About Fred Warner – Founder & Director
With 25 years experience in F1, Aerospace, Automotive, Rail, Hydrogen Fuel Cell, Clean Tech, Electronics and Management Consultancy, Fred is passionate about hi-tech business performance. Fred is a Chartered Engineer, Engineering Fellow, PMP Certified, with a degree in Aeronautical Engineering.
Having been at Managing Director level in engineering companies, Fred has an extensive career history in project, programme, change, BPR (business process), and commercial planning. Fred spent 7 years as a Strategic Adviser & Management Consultant before founding 7Q Ltd .
