Why 7Q Exists
Fred Warner created 7Q® as a planning method from frustration with stage gated, PMO and governance processes that are overcomplicated, bureaucratic and contained too many acronyms for complexities sake.
Realising people struggle to understand the complexities of change and the issues continued within them, corporate lingo and buzzwords alienate people from having a true understanding of change status.
Too often, boards and leaders read project or PMO reports that contain little reality, look at dashboards with seas of red, not understanding the root causes, seldom taking actions to steer, pressuring project managers give unlikely forecasts they don’t believe in, and realising the shareholders and employees all lose alike, because the goals are not delivered.
About Fred Warner – Founder & Director
With 25 years experience in F1, Aerospace, Automotive, Rail, Hydrogen Fuel Cell, Clean Tech, IoT, Electronics and Management Consultancy, Fred is passionate about business performance. Fred is a Chartered Engineer, Engineering Fellow, PMP Certified, with a degree in Aeronautical Engineering.
Having been at Managing Director level in engineering companies, Fred has an extensive career history in project, programme, change, BPR (business process), and commercial planning. Fred spent 6 years as a Strategic Adviser & Management Consultant before founding 7Q Ltd .
